B.Sc. (H & HA+HSDP) impart knowledge about various skills and fundamentals of hospitality and its different sectors. The curriculum includes in depth lab oratory work for students in to order to ensure the acquirement of the requisite knowledge and skill standards in the operational areas of catering, front office operation, food production, food and beverage service and house-keeping.
